That's why we offer a boutique legal service for people who value experience and quality over the hype & glamour of some of the big firms, often at half the cost.

Our Fees

At Canberra Criminal Lawyers we offer a range of innovative services focused on quality of service & outcome.
All our costs are disclosed to you upfront, in writing, with no hidden charges. In most smaller cases in the ACT Magistrates Court or NSW Local Court, such as drink of drug driving, we offer capped legal fees, which are agreed with you at the beginning. In other larger, more serious matters, where the total costs will not be able to be predicted at the start of your case, we provide you with a written estimate of the likely costs for each stage of your case, charged at a competitive hourly rate. We also offer payment plans to approved clients, so you don't have to pay all your legal fees upfront. In some of our cases the police even had to refund all our client's legal fees! So whatever you are charged with, be it assault, breach of a restraining order, computer crime, traffic matters, or even murder, we can offer you the best possible representation at a reasonable cost.
